WILLIAM HERBERT WIPFLI June 19, 1952 December 18, 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of William (Bill) Wipfli on December 18, 2012. Bill was born in Prince George and raised in Giscome, the perfect area for him to become an avid hunter and fisherman. Bill was also adventurous; after becoming a millwright he moved his family around until he decided to settle down in Burns Lake. Bill was predeceased by his parents: Clifford and Phyllis Wipfli, father-in-law: Rennie Genaille, brothers-in-law: Mickey, Laurie and Vernon Genaille and nephew Myles. Bill will be dearly missed by his wife of 40 years Darlene, son Derrick (Bea), daughter Shauna (Jim), son-in-law Brad (Michelle), and his pride and joy, his six grandchildren: Caleb, Ethan, Sara, Emily, Jessica and Zane. Bill is also survived by two sisters: Lori Anne (Jim), Myrna, two brothers: John and Ken, mother-in-law Lenore Genaille, brothers-in-law: Frankie (Val), Steven and numerous nieces and nephews. Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Arrangements handled by Assman's Funeral Home.
