Shane Collin Frederick Born in Prince George on October 24, 1975 passed away January 29, 2013 in Vancouver, BC. Shane is survived by his daughter: Angel Wesley; Mother: Deborah Makowski; Father: Albert Collins; brother: Darren Makowski; sister: Stacey Makowski and numerous other family and friends. A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2013 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm with prayers to follow at 6:00 pm at Assman's Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Friday, February 15, 2013 at 2:00 pm with Fr. Pier Pandolfo officiating. Interment to follow in the Lheidli T'enneh Cemetery in Fort George Park.
