MARSHALL - John William (Bill) Arthur , born January 15, 1932 passed away in Prince George on February 14, 2013. He is survived by his wife Margaret, son Ed (Wendy), daughter Elaine (Jerry) and son Chester. Bill is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, three brothers, one sister and numerous nieces and nephews. Bill has finally succumbed to his lengthy illness. Family and friends are invited to an Open House at Elaine's home from 1:00 - 6:00pm on Saturday, February 23, 2013. Cremation arrangements in care of Assman's Funeral Chapel.
