JACK LAUZON December 26,1934 January 14, 2013 Joseph Jaques Bernard Lauzon passed away peacefully in the arms of loved ones at Hospice House. At 78 years old he had bravely fought lung disease for many years. He will be fondly remembered by his wife of 44 years, Arlene, children; Angie (Brett), Terry (Treema), grandchildren; Donovan and Addison, four other grown children and their families, and any and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He grew up in Ottawa and settled in Prince George in the early 1970's. A true "Jack" of all trades in his younger years, he will be remembered most for his work as a counselor at Nechako Center and his business of 20 years, Jack's Sewing Machine Repairs. A humble man, Jack was kind and loving, a generous, nurturing soul who helped countless people in his lifetime. His unconditional love as a husband and father was limitless. A man of few words in his latter years, he was always up for a good debate. He loved being with his grandchildren, building with Donovan and playing X&O's with Addison. Sunday's will never be the same without papa. Thank you to the ER staff at UHNBC, but especially Dr Riome-York and the staff at Hospice, you are truly angels on earth. We held him as you held us, making his last days and hours as peaceful as could be. Your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten. May Serenity, Courage and Wisdom be with you for eternity dad. No service by request, in lieu of flowers a donation to Rotary Hospice House would be appreciated.
